Terms and Conditions
You are asked to leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as on arrival and please notify us of any breakages in order that these can be replaced in time for incoming guests. A surcharge may be made for additional cleaning, repairs or breakages.
We cannot accept pets and request you not to smoke in the property.
Cancellations. If unfortunately you need to cancel your reservation please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to relet the property. However if we are unable to re-let the property cancellation costs will be as follows:
More than 8 weeks before arrival date – deposit forfeited
Less then 8 weeks before arrival date – there will be no refund.
If we are able to re-let the property you will be reimbursed the rental less the deposit.
Bookings will be confirmed by email on receipt of a £150 booking deposit which is required within 7 days of a provisional booking.
We strongly advise guests to take out personal and holiday/travel insurance to minimise the cost and inconvenience of cancellations or delayed travel. Vehicles and personal property are left at their owner’s risk. Where there is a ferry or flight disruption we cannot be held responsible for late or non arrival at the property so no refunds will be provided.
